As a serial entrepreneur I know that you are in the business of relationships first before your products and services. Without those relationships, you are a great nobody! Build it and they will come only happens in the movies. Great products and services need customers - and that takes relationships at all levels. IF (the big "I" "F") you choose to minimize the importance of relationships, you will enter into the twilight zone of entrepreneurs that run around talking a good game, but selling nothing. Make no mistake, if you are expecting someone to pay you, they are the buyer, and you are the seller. A transaction requires the action of people - and there rests your priority - people first.
